Steve Cooey needed a custom tank for a special motorcycle he is building.  The bike has a custom backbone and front section built by Steve himself, and the rest of the bike has extensive custom engraving, and leather work by Duane Ballard. 

To showcase the custom framework, the tank is actually two separate halves that bolt together and look like one piece.  They have their own gas caps and the left side has some sight glasses from a boiler welded in as a gas gauge.  Each tank has it's own petcock and since there is only one carb the lines T into each other so the fuel will balance itself out with the help of gravity.
