Modern Triumph Thruxton

This was a custom build for a client of ours that resides in Beverly Hills, California.  We touched and reworked just about every part on this motorcycle including the custom shaped alloy bits that were painted to look like they came from the factory this way.  Here are a few photos of the completed bike and it looks nothing like it did stock, just try to find one that looks this good.

1967 Triumph T120R

We just finished up building and tweaking on our custom '67 Triumph T120R.  We have many one off and rare cast parts on this bike plus all of our labor and vision.  The Triumph has a photo shoot scheduled for next week following up with a full feature in a magazine.  We are giving out some teaser pics now but you will have to wait for the full details when the bike is featured.

2013 Harvest Classic

We made our way out to the Harvest Classic in Luckenbach this past weekend and had the green monster in tow.  I am always amazed at how good the show and motorcycles are and never grow tired of either.  If you have never attended the show you are missing out and should put it on your calender for next year.  Visit the website here  www.harvestclassic.org

36" Chicago Pneumatic Planishing Hammer

Our 36" Chicago Pneumatic planishing hammer arrived today with an extensive set of upper and lower dies. We still have and use our Watervliet planisher but this one will allow us to reach those extra deep panels for metal finishing.  We have a full set of Delrin and steel dies that keep our quality of work high for the discerning client.

Introducing "The Swinger", a 1967 Bridgestone Two-Stroke Twin

We recently just completed a 1967 Bridgestone 175cc two-stroke twin as a shop project and dubbed it "The Swinger" .  The freshly rebuilt motor, custom paint, handlebars, controls, cables, rebuilt carbs, custom machined velocity stacks, SR175 race covers and many other items were all part of the build.  The engine work was done with new crank seals, pistons, bearings and other goodies like a lightened crank.  With all of the extra "go" that was added to the bike we modified the front brake so it has "woah" as well.  The bike rides and handles spectacular, the motor pulls hard in all 5 gears and the bike is a screamer. This is a rare bike that has the ability to be shifted from 5 speed to 4 speed if desired, the shifter is on the transmission.  It was a neat project that was severly transformed from stock and did I mention the custom machined velocity stacks and paint?
